Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create a KiVolve account.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information in your profile, applications, or resumes
• Use KiVolve to scrape, resell, or redistribute job listings or platform content
• Attempt to bypass Premium feature restrictions or interfere with the platform's normal operation
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful to others
• Use the AI assistant to generate content for a purpose other than your own genuine job search

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the resumes, documents, and information you upload to KiVolve. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content back to you and, where relevant, to process it through our AI and third-party tools solely to provide the Service to you.

4. Platform Content

The KiVolve name, logo, design, and original content (excluding third-party job listings and user-uploaded content) belong to KiVolve and may not be copied or reused without permission.

5. Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, at our discretion.

6. Bonus Content for Hired Candidates

From time to time, KiVolve may offer complimentary premium e-books, videos, or other bonus content to candidates who report being hired through the platform. Eligibility and selection for such bonuses are at KiVolve's discretion and are not guaranteed.

7. Relationship to Our Other Policies

These Terms and Conditions work alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. Where there is a direct conflict, the more specific policy governs the relevant topic.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of KiVolve after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
